Gary S. Newman
Mr. Newman has been admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey since 1992, and in the jurisdictions of New York and Florida since 1993. His experience in landlord-tenant litigation, commercial litigation, and in all aspects of real estate litigation give him the ability to handle almost any issue in these complicated areas of law.
After leaving Schepisi & Mclaughlin P.A. in 2000, Mr. Newman started his own practice. He appears in court regularly and has obtained multiple six-figure verdicts and settlements in his favor. He has appeared at the Appellate Division numerous times, and even our New Jersey Supreme Court on more than one occasion. Mr. Newman handles both Plaintiff and Defense work and, in certain instances, will consider handling matters on a contingency basis.
He is also a member of the Woodcliff Lake Zoning Board.
